  • Dress code is black pants and a solid black or white shirt and black cloed toed shoes. No Crocs.
  • You MUST have your ID on you when checking in and to work. Check in is under the white tents under NPO Groups: Group name is: Luvourpets
  • If you are a late check in person, you will go to the gate E employee entrance to check in.
  • Make sure you have filled out the onboarding documents listed under the HOME button on our website. You will need your Gig app along with your Exhibit C form turned in. You also will need to do the QR code and complete the information there using our group name. For position just list volunteer.
  • Make sure you have your TABC on you at all times and your food handlers

Where to meet up?

Please meet Angie once you enter the building in the plaza area section 247 for your stand assignment and any announcements. If you are vending room staff, you can go directly to the vending room located on the upper concourse V448
